MINISTRY OF LABOUR, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING (HRDT DIVISION)

The Human Resource Development and Training (HRDT) Division of the Ministry of Labour , Human Resource Development and Training wishes to inform the public that in accordance with Section 10(2) of the National Employment Act 2017, any registered job seeker who, without any reasonable excuse, decline a job offer or training which is in line with his profile and qualifications two times successively within a period of one year, shall not benefit from the service offered by the National Employment Department (NED) for a period of one year from the date of the last offer.

The public is hereby informed that, this Ministry will, however, maintain the registration of those job seekers and the services offered by the National Employment Department to those jobseekers will be reinstated after a one-year period.
