• Greet customers and hand out menus
o Welcome every guest on his or her arrival to the restaurant and provide the guest with his preferred seating spot
o Assure that the standards in regard to welcoming serving and checking out of the guest have been satisfied

• Welcome back a returning guest by suggesting or upselling
• Make menu recommendations and inform guest of any specials

The waiter or waitress must have a hotel experience and knowledge in serving VIP guests and guests of all walks.

- Ability to work in team
- Serving and welcoming guest in a chill and relax way
- Able to work long hours and evening shifts
- Able to work weekends and holiday period
